My wife is a client living at Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center. She has multiple complex mental health care issues that requires the level of care provided by SEIA Behavioral Healthcare Center. The staff are amazing. They are helpful, caring and professional while dealing with challenging client situations. Staff treat my wife like a member of the family and gently redirect her in a caring manner. The administrative staff are considerate and helpful in dealing with multiple care planning and financial situations. The nursing staff are gentle and caring while managing my wife’s complicated medication treatment. The nursing staff exceed expectations in communicating with me about issues and changes in treatment needs. The facility staff are patient and caring when working with all clients to provide individual care, activities, entertainment, mental and physical stimulation. The facility is always clean. The clients are always presentable, and the food is always good.
I have been completely satisfied with the quality of care that my wife receives and the treatment that I receive when visiting her. I am very happy that we found Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center when the time came to provide 24/7 care outside our home.
